Çok Katmanlı borular, eş-ekstrüzyon boru hattı ile üretilir. Üretim hattı, hammadde maliyetinden tasarruf sağlayabilen ve bir dizi fonksiyonel özelliğe sahip boru üretebilen özel bir zanaat sürecidir.
Örneğin, hammadde maliyetinden tasarruf etmek için, PE kalın duvarlı borular üretmek üzere orta katman olacak geri dönüştürülmüş malzemeyi kullanabiliriz. Sıcak su besleme boruları için, üretim hattı sadece PP-R Katmanına sahip olmakla kalmayıp, aynı zamanda cam elyafı içeren ve boruyu bazı mükemmel uygulama özelliklerine bağlayan başka yapısal Katmanlar da içerebilir.
PE boru ekstrüzyon hatları su temini, gaz, sulama, drenaj, kablo kanalları ve endüstriyel borular için kullanılır. Kimyasal direnç, yüksek mukavemet ve tutarlı kalite sunan, ISO ve ASTM standartlarına uygun, çeşitli altyapı ve endüstriyel uygulamalar için uygun PE100/PE80 malzemelerini 16–1200 mm çaplarında işlerler.
