Çok katmanlı borular, eşekstrüzyon boru hattı ile üretilir. Üretim hattı, hammadde maliyetinden tasarruf sağlayabilen ve bir dizi fonksiyonel özelliğe sahip boru üretebilen özel bir zanaat işlemidir.
Örneğin, hammadde maliyetinden tasarruf etmek için, PE kalın duvarlı borular üretmek üzere orta katman olacak geri dönüştürülmüş malzemeyi kullanabiliriz. Sıcak su besleme boruları için, üretim hattı sadece PP-R Katmanına sahip olmakla kalmayıp, aynı zamanda cam elyafı içeren ve boruya bazı mükemmel uygulama özellikleri kazandıran başka yapısal Katmanlar da içerebilir.
PE boru ekstrüzyon hatları su temini, gaz, sulama, drenaj, kablo kanalları ve endüstriyel borular için kullanılır. 16-1200 mm çaplarında PE100/PE80 malzemeleri işlerler, kimyasal dirence, yüksek mukavemete ve tutarlı kaliteye sahip olup, ISO ve ASTM standartlarına uygundur, çeşitli altyapı ve endüstriyel uygulamalar için uygundur.
