İşlem Süreci
Bu hattın işlem akışı PVC tozu + katkı maddesi - karıştırma - malzeme besleyici - çift vidalı ekstrüder - kalıp ve kalibratör - vakum şekillendirme masası - çekme makinesi - kesme makinesi - deşarj rafı şeklindedir.
Bu PVC profil ekstrüzyon hattı, hem PVC tozu hem de PVC granülleri için uygun olan konik çift vidalı ekstrüder kullanır. Mükemmel malzeme plastifikasyonu sağlamak için gaz giderme sistemine sahiptir. Yüksek hızlı kalıp mevcuttur ve üretkenliği büyük ölçüde artırabilir.
