Plastic PVC WPC Powder Hot and Cool Mixer
Short description:
Plastic High Speed Heating Cooling WPC PVC Powder Resin Turbo Mixer Machine for PVC pipe, window door profiles, ceiling panel, cable trunking, marble sheet.
Suitable for plastics, rubber, chemical and food industry, for power or granulate material blending, coloring and drying. Typical application includes: production of PVC dry blend, filling and modification of plastics, pre-mixing of compounding process and premix of wood-plastic Composites.
Features
All important parts (bow, mixing tool, control) are manufactured in our company, which ensure the quality of machine.
All material in contact with product is SUS304 or aluminum alloy and the product will not be contaminated.
High cooling efficiency, short mixing time, easy and convenient to clean high output.
Mixing tool can be designed according to different application.
Mixing tool coated with wear-resistant material, which can increase service life and past dynamic and balance test, running smoothly.

Product details:
1)The Blade is made of stainless steel, formed by dynamic and static balance refining.
2)Cap is double sealing, start by pneumatic, easy operation.
3)Cylinder is made of stainless steel, wall thickness up to 8 mm.
4)Discharge is in temperature auto control or time control.
5)Motor start and speed regulation is governed by the ABB inverter, to avert the excessive power that caused by high power motor start to impact on the electric network, so as to protect the electric network and to achieve a smooth speed control.
6)With direct & stable control type and analog display screen display, the staff can complete the set work for the different mixing material requirements within a few seconds, realizing the full automation of the manufacturing procedure, which greatly reduce labor intensity and production costs.
7)Direct & stable control type of the production line ends up the unsuitable discharge that the temperature is too high or too low, so as to ensure the good product quality and improve the production flexibility, security and reliability.
