2Ekstrüzyon süreci.
- Tek/Çifte vidalı ekstrüder, PVC karışımını kontrollü sıcaklıklarda (160°C~200°C) eritir ve sıkıştırır.
- Erimiş PVC bir boruya dönüştürülür.
3. Boyutlandırma ve Kalibrasyon
- Sıcak boru tam çap ve duvar kalınlığı elde etmek için bir vakum kalibratöründen geçer.
- Soğutma tankları (spray veya su banyosu) boruyu sertleştirir.
