Bu hattın işlem akışı PVC tozu + katkı maddesi — karıştırma—malzeme besleyici—konik çift vidalı ekstrüder— kalıp ve kalibratör—vakum şekillendirme masası—çekme makinesi—kesme makinesi—istifleyici şeklindedir.
Bu pencere ve kapı profili ekstrüzyon hattı, hem PVC tozu hem de PVC granülleri için uygun olan konik çift vidalı ekstrüderi benimser. Mükemmel malzeme plastifikasyonunu sağlamak için gaz alma sistemine sahiptir. Yüksek hızlı kalıp mevcuttur ve üretkenliği büyük ölçüde artırabilir.
